They have a strong expertise in sports massage therapy, assisted stretching and strength training but were finding it challenging to communicate this to their customers and reach their target audience in Google, bringing in London-based clientele.     Dr Stretch is a health and wellness centre located in Islington, London, specialising in sports massage, personal training, and assisted stretching therapies. Founded by Rimon and Trang, who collectively have over 16 years of experience in personal training, martial arts, Pilates, and sports therapy, the centre aims to enhance clients' flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

    What Was The Strategy?

    Technical SEO: Our initial focus was cleaning up and taking advantage of technical opportunities ranging from broken pages and internal linking to schema markup, ensuring site health and making our pages discoverable by both users and Google.

     

    Local SEO Strategy: Updating key page elements on the site and optimising a robust Google listing enabled us to climb up the search results for important local keywords, placing us in the top 3 positions for keywords like ‘stretch therapy’ and ‘sports massage Islington’.

     

    On-Page SEO: Informed by extensive keyword research that identified what our target audience were searching for, we updated the metadata, headings and on-page content to boost rankings for local keywords and were soon ranking on the first page for keywords like ‘assisted stretching London’.
