London Hearing Specialist is an independent provider of hearing care and ear wax removal services in London. They offer a range of services at a range of clinics spanning the capital, including ear wax removal, hearing tests, hearing aids, custom ear protection, tympanometry, and paediatric audiology.
On-Page SEO: We optimised key service pages with metadata tweaks to target more commercial terms. We also optimised heading structures with niche relevant keywords and knitted key pages together with internal links.
Local SEO Strategy: Helped with optimised Google listing set up and added location-specific tags to add depth to tracking and inform our actions. Developed location pages to target these strategically important areas.
Website Redesign: We also helped shepherd the LHS team through a tricky website redesign, aiming to improve user experience whilst retaining as many useful SEO elements as we could at the same time.
Dealing With The Capital’s Competition

Working Through a Website Redesign
A few months into the campaign, the client informed us that they were going to undergo a website redesign. This is always a curveball, and decisions like this have the potential to throw a real spanner in the works, especially since they wanted to redesigning key service pages on which lots of work had already been done.
However, we also felt that the site would benefit massively from a slicker, faster, more user-friendly theme. We therefore collaborated with their developers to ensure a seamless redesign process, fixing up post-redesign technical issues such as redirecting old pages to new ones, maintaining rankings and traffic where possible.
