This is an in-office role, 4 days per week, 1 WFH day based in Shoreditch.

Key Responsibilities

The SEO Specialist plays a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for driving core team functions, executing campaigns, and managing SME campaigns, strategy, and technical on-site issues. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role significantly contributes to enhancing and maximising client performance.

SEO Strategy

  • Develop new workflows and strategies to increase client campaign revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for improved SEO productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage onsite changes utilising knowledge of website construction on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimise the strategy and SEO for SME businesses.
  • Work on select key accounts to maximise performance and revenue.
  • Under the guidance of the Managing Director and Senior SEO Specialists, manage assigned projects and deliver outcomes within timelines.

Client Services

  • Implement SEO campaigns setup by understanding client goals and requirements.
  • Increase client value through referrals and upsells.

Leadership

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior SEOs.
  • Demonstrate leadership in day-to-day work activities.
  • Strive to help the team and clients achieve success continually.

Strategic Growth

  • Conduct consulting hours for the entire SEO team, including roadmaps, fixes, and optimisation of campaign/budget resources.
  • Contribute to marketing activities on social media to increase brand awareness and share SEO news and trends.
  • Enhance networking and webinar activity.
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan

  • Two years of experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to travel into the office 4 days a week

  • Hands-on knowledge and experience with relevant platforms.

  • Salary up to £35,000
