Sophie Gibson

After graduating with a Graphic Design degree from Sheffield Hallam University, she began working as a digital marketer at an independent retailer, where she was plunged into the e-commerce world and discovered the SEO industry. Since then, she has been agency-side in SEO for over five years, focusing on e-commerce and technical SEO.

Her favourite place is knee-deep in data unravelling SEO problems in an audit or putting together a cracking report. When she’s not doing that, you can find her sharing her knowledge at conferences such as BrightonSEO.

She absolutely loves penguins and runs a penguin-themed e-commerce store for fun. Outside of that, you can find her playing board games, drinking real ale (sours are a particular favourite) or bouncing on a trampoline – but not at the same time of course.
